How it works: People can sign up to host a garage or yard sale at their homes, businesses or even local churches, there is a small fee to participate but all of the money goes back into advertising to help this event grow.
The Chamber of commerce provides maps to shoppers that show the location and what types of items the shopper will find at each location.
The whole idea behind this event is to bring shoppers to the communities that the Chamber represents. These shoppers not only spend money at the garage/yard sale, but stop to get gas, eat at local restaurants and shop in local stores. It's "shop local" at it's most basic example and is what the your local Chamber is here to do.

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?
The Chamber hosts this event for two simple reasons. One, to bring buyers to you so you and local businesses can make money. Second, your registration fee is reinvested into advertising, road signs, and materials to help us grow. Simply put, if you don’t register, there wont be a Yard Sale next year.
